Story
The Sandman kidnaps Chief O’ Hara and it’s up to Batman and
Robin to save him. So, will they find him or will they be captured instead?
The Good
It’s another boring issue that ends up being worse than the
last. The only good thing here is the art and I like the new colors for
Sandman’s coat. Because the brown or khaki color never worked for him in the TV
series.
The Bad
This story felt like a snooze or maybe because Sandman is
doing to me. (Laughs) But seriously, there are no funny jokes, boring dialogue
or digital features which, is strange. I thought they would use it especially
when Sandman enters his mind. There was
no action here either and The Sandman seems to be a boring villain.
Verdict
I gave this issue 2/3 out of 5/10 stars. It’s a pretty
boring story that really makes you fall asleep. If the story doesn’t interest
you, you can definitely skip this one and the next one because the story
continues. You won’t miss much and you’re better off waiting until the Batgirl
storyline.
